  • Ten or more years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with at least five years in a senior leadership role, ideally within healthcare IT or SaaS industries.

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing demand generation strategies that have driven measurable business growth.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a track record of improving marketing ROI and performance metrics.

  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies, with hands-on experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across departments and executive teams.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset and passion for finding new ways to engage target audiences and drive measurable results.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
