Job Summary
As a Vice President - Chase Branded Cards Go to Market Lead within the Go to Market team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives on the Chase Branded Card roadmap, including product refreshes and launches across the Slate, Freedom, Sapphire, and Ink product lines. You will work closely with portfolio leads to create an integrated go-to-market plan for new product launches, develop high-impact strategies, manage key go-to-market workstreams, and spearhead executive updates and governance forums. You will collaborate across functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the Chase Branded Cards plan.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Card General Managers to develop and launch high-impact strategic initiatives, including new product launches and refreshes.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment, managing cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class customer solutions and bring products to market.
  • From ideation to launch, collaborate with product leads providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize for strong customer value and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market plans to amplify impact across customer-facing channels, e.g., acquisition, branch, and servicing.
  • Establish and lead the overarching program governance, ensuring readiness and alignment across all stakeholders. Own executive updates and forums with senior leaders across Branded Card, Connected Commerce, and functional partners.
  • Build strong relationships across the Branded Card teams, business partners, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Connected Commerce, Risk, Legal, Compliance).
  • Identify and address key milestones, strategic issues, and interdependencies, driving them to resolution across all stakeholders. Create a risk management plan to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Become an expert in new product launches, supporting the development of an evergreen framework, including standardized product launch and go-to-market processes and tools to streamline efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Support junior team members, contributing to their development and growth.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven ability to develop high-impact strategies, lead complex initiatives, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment without direct control of resources. Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get into the details to get the job done.
  • Proactive, flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at navigating ambiguity and unstructured challenges.
  • Challenges status quo, identifies gaps/opportunities, creates structure and clarity out of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong orientation towards understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations for both external and internal customers.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to structure problems, frame decisions, and drive resolutions.
  • Experience in developing and bringing products to market.
  • Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset and collaborative approach. Proven track record of motivating team and partners towards accomplishing a common goal.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to influence across leadership levels, teams, functions, and situations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, product development, product leadership, strategy consulting, corporate development, or similar roles.
  • MBA or equivalent.
