KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai Factory KONE India, as Transformation Lead.

What will you be doing?

  • Formulate cost models for studying old code and new code impact
  • Define a process for fixed margin in factory, and how balance will get managed in Front Line, so that full chain margin is maintained, and not passed on to market.
  • Create a governance model for monthly governance.
  • Lead monthly governance and suggest price adjustment methods to management
  • Have frequent interaction with field, track and Identify problem areas and ensure a correction action
  • Ensure full chain target for KONE India is met.

Are you the one?

  • 18+ years of experience with relevant education
  • Experience in defining process for fixed margin, creating governance model, lead monthly governance, suggest price adjustment methods to management
