Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Entry level position. Works under the guidance of experienced team members. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
- Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
- May abstract records for residential properties
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry level, experience in title/ related real estate preferred

Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.98
