What you will do at Topsort

• Create world class documentation: Work with Engineering and Product to create documentation that is engaging, clear, and truthful. Translate complex technical ideas to easy-to-understand friendly illustrations and ideas: Write creative complete, clear content that helps both technically sophisticated and less technical users be successful and reduces confusion and user errors.
• Engage agile teams and represent the interests of the documentation team and our users. If you have a great idea to improve a product feature, share it!
• Use the APIs, test each recipe and product, become an expert user, and advocate for Topsort’s customers. If something seems difficult to document, it’s probably difficult to use and understand.

What we expect from you

• Technical: Bachelor Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other STEM fields with excellent grades.
• Strong Communicator: Have an excellent portfolio of written documents or past work that can demonstrate strong writing and thinking of technical ideas.
• Curiosity and Ferocious Learner: Eager to learn know ideas and express them in creative formats.
• Creative: Clear writing and creative thinking.
