About the role:
The Product Engineering organization is responsible for executing and delivering CoreWeave’s products, platforms, processes, and tools. As a program leader, you will work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure our cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and delivers exceptional performance to meet the demands of our customers. This influential role reports to the VP of Engineering Operations.

In this role the TPM will
- Build and run the end‑to‑end product operations engine: intake to launch to post‑GA, aligning teams on standards, tools, and rituals.
- Operationalize our New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness framework across launches, orchestrating Go/No‑Go, risk tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
- Drive cross‑functional launch execution for product areas like Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services.
- Partner with Production Engineering on operational readiness, SLOs/SLIs for launch readiness
- Stand up and continuously improve operating cadences (weekly program syncs, launch reviews, program reviews, etc.) and create clear, consistent status communications.
- Define and instrument product health metrics and dashboards (adoption, reliability, quality), and build feedback loops to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Create scalable playbooks, checklists, and documentation to support our product and go-to-market teams from ideation through post-launch
- Identify bottlenecks across the product lifecycle and lead cross‑team initiatives to simplify, automate, or standardize processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Proven track record in program management, process definition and improvements and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes.
- Comfortable handling conflicts and escalations.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizations.
Additional Qualifications
- Proven cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Marketing to translate market and pipeline signals into product priorities
- Advanced data analytics and executive data presentation skills in order to build self-serve dashboards, define and track product/GTM KPIs, and translate insights into clear narratives and recommendations for decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a fast moving environment and are flexible working with a variety of leadership.
- Experience in driving and leading Devops initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve development processes and operational excellence.
- Experience building cloud infrastructure and applications.
The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
