  • Provide basic user support, troubleshoot minor system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge workflows.

  • Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and documentation aligned with both human and AI user needs.

  • Create knowledge content that empowers both consumers and employees, while enabling AI-driven automation.

  • Ensure business and technical requirements align with project objectives.

  • Identify process improvements and AI-enablement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across technical and business teams, supporting data-driven and AI-assisted decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.

  • Strong interest in technology, knowledge management, business processes, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, system integration, and application workflows.

  • Knowledge of AI systems, agentic AI concepts, and structuring content for AI use is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

  • Experience with software testing, process flows/diagrams (Lucidchart, Draw.io), and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
