Your challenge:
We are looking for a learning and development specialist to prepare, execute, and evaluate employee development programs.
Learning and Development Specialist responsibilities include identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional material, and organizing learning activities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various training methods, including e-learning, in-person development, and coaching, and be able to keep learners engaged with interactive sessions
Ultimately, you will help our employees develop their skills and boost their job performance and impact the continued growth of our business.
Here are the things you will tackle:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders and employees to conduct skills gap analysis and recommend engaging and dynamic learning and development solutions
- Design and Develop learning engagement/programs (e.g., management and leadership) and corresponding supporting materials across different mediums (e.g., in class, virtual, and eLearning).
- Accountable to the execution and evolution of L&D programs and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and leaders (e.g., onboarding)
- Measure learning and development impact on employee and leader performance, making key correlations to organizational strategy and success measures.
- Schedule learning and development engagements and manage assignments within our learning management platform
- Support performance management cycles and activities and execute performance management platform activities
What you’ll need:
- Proven work experience as a learning and development specialist, instructional designer, and Facilitator or similar experience in an OD specialty
- Understanding of Talent Management approaches and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- BS or MA in Education, Talent Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
