Here's what you will experience working as a Talent Acquisition Employer Brand Leader:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive employer brand strategy that leverages data to enhance our organization's appeal.
  • Drive go-to-market plan for internal adoption of Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) and lead brand strategy for external talent attraction and marketing efforts. Create compelling EVP narratives, positioning and messaging frameworks, and versatile creative toolkits for global use.
  • Bring our EVPs to life through engaging digital marketing initiatives. You'll create cohesive content for our careers site, social media, videos, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Drive impactful marketing campaigns, explore new channels, and meticulously track ROI to ensure success.
  • Work closely with leaders across the company to execute strategies, fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and integration of our brand initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience with creating and implementing talent brand strategies, specifically designed to enhance talent attraction and elevate brand sentiment among candidates
  • Successful track record of driving talent marketing campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes
  • Highly adept at creating and implementing employee value proposition (EVP) leveraging integrated touchpoints
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives to bring a brand positioning to life through social media and digital platforms
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership, including building business cases to demonstrate financial impact of recommendations
  • Experience executing multi-channel talent marketing strategies, including but not limited to, recommending vendor partners, designing and implementing talent attraction campaigns, executing social media strategies, and partnering with internal marketing teams to align on overall brand strategy and translating brand into storylines that resonate with our target talent base

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing brand strategies on a global scale preferred
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $51,700.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
