Job Title: System Operations Specialist

Position Overview: 

As a Systems Operations Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the success of the Digital Sales & Client Service Center teams. Your work will center on ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, monitoring system performance, and maintaining data quality throughout consolidation and integration efforts. You will support deployments, design application workflows, and manage system features and configurations to align with business needs. This role requires balancing technical expertise with strong communication skills, as you will deliver solutions for both technical and non-technical users, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive digital innovation that enhances efficiency and client experiences across the organization. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Document and analyze business processes to improve workflows and system accuracy 

  • Evaluate new features in the application stack for efficiency gains 

  • Design and implement automations, workflows, and enterprise app features (CRM, CCaaS, Agency Management Systems) 

  • Perform application administration and configuration 

  • Contribute to agentic AI agent design for customer self-service and employee productivity 

  • Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) 

  • Assist in creating training materials 

  • Coordinate with IT and Enterprise Applications teams 

  • Communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders 

  • Perform data analysis and scrubbing for consolidation projects 

  • Use project management tools to drive large and small projects 

 

Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with 3+ years of related work experience (insurance knowledge helpful but not required) 

  • Understanding of data governance, management, and modeling 

  • Strong project management skills (business case, ROI, planning, budgeting, facilitation) 

  • Ability to write requirements, create process flows, and oversee change management 

  • Proficiency with CRM and Agency Management Systems (Salesforce preferred) 

  • Familiarity with telephony/contact center applications 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Proven problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement mindset 

  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills 

  • Flexible, adaptable, and deadline-driven

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
