As a key member of Sensata’s Growth and Transformation Office, you will report directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Transformation Officer, operating from our Corporate Headquarters in Attleboro, MA. You will act as a catalyst for change by shaping strategic direction, translating vision into actionable execution, and fostering cross-functional alignment on high-priority initiatives.
General Responsibilities
- Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes. This includes managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum
- Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Additional qualifications:
Master's Degree or MBA strongly preferred
8-10 years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years leading strategic transformation programs in complex, global organizations. Ideally with a focus on strategy, finance, or operations
Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
M&A experience preferred
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for driving change and innovation
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through execution and value realization.
Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to influence, inspire, and mobilize diverse teams.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Base Salary Range:
$136,400.00 - $225,500.00
