Strategic Growth Associate

We are looking to hire a Strategic Growth Associate to drive sales and help keep up with an incredible marketplace demand. You will be an integral member of a small sales team which has never failed to exceed it's collective quotas.

What you'll do here:

  • Introduce Lovepop products to new customers, educate them on our brand, and acquire new business
  • Qualify, prospect and close inbound leads over the phone making 80-100 calls per day
  • Execute ever-evolving and diverse outreach tactics and be a champion for every customer you encounter
  • Represent Lovepop at major events, strengthening relationships with customers and building a positive brand image

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Passion for selling with at least 1-2 years of prior sales experience
  • Ability to adapt to and improve sales systems and strategies based on the needs of a fast-growing startup
  • Enthusiasm for working with a diverse customer base in a challenging environment
  • Proven telephone and email communication skills
