Strategic Government Affairs Lead

Job Description: 

We are actively seeking a Strategic Government Affairs Lead to lead healthcare policy analysis around state and federal reform initiatives, specific to applicability and impact on healthcare technology. 

What You Will Do:

•Track state-specific competitive procurements for Encounter Notification Services – manage strategy and execution of deliverables to ensure PatientPing’s success 

•Develop go-to-market strategy and execution plan in response to changes in state Medicaid initiatives including waiver programs & federal initiatives (i.e. DSRIP) 

•Aid in PatientPing’s new market growth initiatives by assessing strategic value of partnership opportunities with Health Information Exchange’s, ACO/Hospital, Payers 

•Other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Need:

•5+ years experience in management/public affairs consulting or work with a state/federal government preferred

•Bachelors degree

•Broad understanding of HIT/impact & importance of ADT messaging

•Previous familiarity/work with state HIEs and/or Medicaid programs

•Results driven mindset – ability to develop a strategy and successfully execute on it
