Reporting directly to the CMO as an individual contributor, the Staff Product and Partner Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Acceldata’s product marketing strategy while leveraging partner marketing initiatives for scale. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is excited about and experienced at a marketing role that has a direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

You will be responsible for driving product positioning, ecosystem growth, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target personas across the enterprise and large-enterprise segments. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Acceldata brings its innovative, cutting-edge solutions to market, engaging customers and prospects in meaningful ways, and ultimately creating outcomes you can speak about with pride.

This role requires on-site presence at HQ three days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Product Marketing

  • Position Acceldata platform and products in the competitive data management and data platforms market. Highlight the unique differentiators
  • Develop a range of content assets, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos that clearly communicate the value of Acceldata’s products to target personas such as data engineers, analysts, scientists, and executives.
  • Maintain a database of customer stories. Work with the customer advocacy team to develop a cohort of customers who act as supporters and evangelists.
  • Develop strong sales relationships and sales enablement material.
  • Partner Marketing: 

  • Build and execute programs that drive brand presence and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional teams to clearly communicate the value of our products, programs, and company culture.
  • Integrate partners into select campaigns and programs by working with the broader marketing team.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on partner-driven initiatives, including co-created or co-branded content, lead sharing programs, and event partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15+ years in technical product marketing and partner marketing in the data industry.
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA from a top school preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data observability, data management, analytics, AI, and data engineering, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer and partner needs and pain points.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to develop unique marketing strategies that differentiate products in the market.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions, conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and measure marketing success. 
  • Skilled in problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive cohesive strategies and ensure alignment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams without direct authority.
