As the Product Manager for Data, Log, and Code Protection, you will:
- Define and execute the roadmap for data integrity, log observability, and code security capabilities across the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and evolve products that enable secure logging, automated data monitoring, and AI-assisted anomaly detection.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and security architecture teams to deliver scalable, intelligent protection solutions.
- Develop tools that use AI to identify unusual data behaviors, code vulnerabilities, or inconsistencies across logs and repositories.
- Enable customers to visualize data lineage, audit access, and track data/code flow securely within the platform.
- Ensure data and code protection practices align with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate across ServiceNow teams to embed security by design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Use AI and ML models to generate insights from log data - improving visibility, integrity, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

To be successful in this role, you have:
- 9+ years of product management experience in data security, and/or platform observability
- Hands-on familiarity with log pipelines, data governance, and code security practices (e.g., secure SDLC, secret scanning, or dependency risk management).
- Experience integrating or evaluating AI-powered tools for log analysis, data integrity validation etc.
- Understanding of security event data models, data lineage, and access control frameworks.
- Strong product execution and prioritization skills - able to turn complex protection needs into clear, deliverable requirements.
- Customer-centric mindset with technical acumen - able to translate developer, admin, and compliance needs into product features.
- Excellent communication skills - able to convey AI-driven insights and data protection strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience with compliance and data protection standards such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
- Curiosity and passion for AI innovation in data and code security - always exploring new ways to safeguard digital trust.
