At Equifax, our Talent Acquisition team is the strategic engine behind our global growth. We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead complex, high-visibility searches across our Centers of Excellence and deliver excellent hiring experiences. In this role, you will act as a Strategic Advisor to the business, leveraging AI-driven insights and skills-based hiring methodologies to build the high-performing teams who are powering the world with knowledge.

What you’ll do: 

  • Talent Strategy & Advisory: Lead the TA process and strategy for hiring leaders acting as a Subject Matter Expert on market conditions and talent pools to ensure business goals are met.
  • Skills-First Advocacy: Lead the transition to skills-aligned hiring, coaching managers on objective candidate assessment, the value of a varied, but rich talent pipeline and an inclusive hiring process.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize internal and market data to influence decision-making, providing regular insights to HRBPs and leaders regarding market trends and funnel health.
  • Proactive Talent Mapping: Build and nurture deep, proactive talent pools for the client groups we support before requisitions are even assigned, utilizing Beamery to maintain an active pipeline.
  • Executive Search: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Director, Vice President and other highly visible roles, delivering a high-touch experience, executive summaries and presentations that guide leadership toward informed hiring decisions.
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools and insights to work smarter and focus more time on proactive, strategic activities. Partner with Global TA team members, HR and/or the business on projects to drive process improvement, automation, or enhance the TA, candidate and manager experience .

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on strategic sourcing and delivery in a corporate or search firm environment.
  • 2+ years of experience advising leaders at the Director or Vice President level in a corporate setting on high visability hiring priorities.
  • Expertise in using data and market intelligence to design proactive recruitment strategies and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience managing complex candidate lifecycles within Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS.
  • Proven ability to design and execute inclusive, skills-based hiring programs
  • High degree of organization, sense of urgency and a track record of successful project execution
  • Prior use of AI capabilities, process efficiencies and basic understanding of AI principles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional recruiting experience.

  • Prior experience in a globally matrixed environment, preferably in Technology or Financial Services
  • Experience supporting specialized corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing & Communications or Corporate Development & Strategy.
  • Prior experience building processes efficiencies using AI tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Beamery CRM
