- Support AOP / STRAP/ Monthly & Quarterly board review in a Matrixed Financial Forecast: Update files with the latest forecast data and R&Os from regions, including updates on price, funnel, CAS, HR, Lic determinations, Opex, and HC. Support in preparing for AOP/Forecast, including PLN load and support.
- Monthly PLN Load of GCO FCST: Check consistency and load any differences, gaps, or missing pieces.
- Weekly Pulse Update: Support weekly updates with the Division commercial and leadership team, including the revenue file.
- Lead Business Data Analytics: Analyze financial and business performance using complex data models and problem-solving skills. Lead reporting on revenue, gross margin, OPEX, critical metrics, headcount and CAPEX.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CDD, including workforce, cost center management, Cognos, and mapping.
- Partner with Division Leadership Team: Lead and monitor the Division office functional budgets and GCO PLN forecast/loads.
- Partner with GBS: Ensure accurate and timely closing procedures for the Division office.
- Develop High-Quality Presentations: Build effective presentations for the executive team.
- Support Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Processes: Collaborate with Corporate and Group leaders to drive strong business results.
- Work well with Management Teams and Advisors: Handle ad hoc requests and projects.
- Enable Understanding of Strategic Business Plans: Identifying pertinent highlights to understand progress against strategic plans.
