Primary Purpose
The Senior Activation Manager is a critical part of the team; responsible for the strategic implementation and oversight of ad campaign launches by trafficking and management throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role is centered on working closely with the retailer team to guarantee all external vendor campaigns are launched successfully, and performance goals are met. This includes strategic planning support and oversight of campaign set up, traffic, execution, and management.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Account Management team to gather the necessary campaign details for accurate and timely launches, discussing and tracking against the brand's goals & KPIs
- Manage and oversee media partners responsible for campaign setup, implementation / trafficking and management to full delivery
- Once campaigns are launched, provide confirmation to the Account Management teams as well as provide proof of launch via campaign screenshots
- Work closely with the Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery of all campaigns by routinely monitoring campaign performance and delivery
- Upon campaign completion, review campaign reports from the media platform team and validate for accuracy prior to handing off to respective teams to provide to the brand client
- Be a trusted source of data, insight, and context of our programmatic offsite, social and digital out-of-home campaigns
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Ad Operations experience
- 2+ years of managing a team
- Experience with ecommerce media and search platforms and/or the ability nd willingness to learn quickly
- Working knowledge of retail, ecommerce, and digital industry
- Data-driven and analytical with a strong attention to detail and process
- Experience with campaign management

- Proven thought leader in strategic planning and operational efficiencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
- Quick learner (new tools, programs and processes)
- Willingness to quickly learn new tools and programs
- People Leadership
- Potential to supervise 1 or more managers, demonstrating leadership to help individuals succeed
- Responsible for all people manager responsibilities of performance management, team development, coaching and hiring of their direct reports
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Efficient time management and organizational skills - able to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables
