Fuze is looking for a dynamic, experienced sales professional to service our top clients. The role of the Senior Account Manager is to nurture Fuze’s largest customers and ensure our clients have an optimal experience with our solution, ensure a natural evolution to adopt additional Fuze solutions and renew their contracts.

The successful candidate will be well versed in selling to C level audiences, utilizing consultative selling skills to design solutions for our customers that result in a high adoption rate and recognized value add to our clients. Previous experience growing assigned accounts as well as maintaining a low customer churn a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Nurture, grow and renew existing Fuze customers within assigned territory
  • Prospect for pipeline within assigned territory
  • Own entire sales process from opportunity creation through close
  • Understand customers’ needs and ensure Fuze is continually meeting those needs
  • Develop relationships with all key stakeholders at customer
  • Partner with Fuze’s Customer Success Manager (where CSM is assigned) to build strategy for managing customer
  • Perform business reviews and maintain regular scheduled cadence calls
  • Advocate for customer during times of escalation
  • Provide feedback to management of Customer Success and Account Management about the customer experience to help identify process improvement
  • Manage renewal and upsell purchase process including developing quotes, rescope, objection handling, working with legal, ensuring order process

What You Need:

  • Experience selling software or SAAS a must
  • Ability to work autonomously throughout the sales cycle
  • Hunter mentality with proven results growing and retaining assigned accounts
  • Strong time management skills and experience with territory management planning
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience
  • 4-year college degree in Business Administration or Business Management, or other relevant field
