Sommelier Customer Service - Part Time
Drizly is looking for a part-time team member to provide beer product recommendations to customers. Applicants must have domain experience in one or multiple verticals. Sommelier certification is mandatory. This is a temp to perm position.

What will you be doing?
- Provide recommendations of wine to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
- Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets
- Continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
