The Implementation & Success organization ensures Archive’s customers are successfully onboarded and getting maximum value from our platform; guiding clients from implementation kick-off, through launch, and into maintenance and support.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll work directly with our largest, most strategic customers to lead customer discovery, platform customization and systems integrations through implementation and beyond. You will leverage your technical expertise and creative problem solving skills to craft a vision for how Archive's platform and services will enable brands to launch innovative and unique circular programs. You'll lead the cross-functional effort of deploying Archive's platform while solving for new requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on requirements gathered and work with Product & Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
- Use your technical creativity to overcome ambiguity and design high impact solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer organization; including technology, marketing, ops, finance and others to help them realize their vision for branded resale
- Ensure we deliver high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and collaborating cross-functionally to find resolutions
- Streamline future implementations with process improvements and platform development initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, leading technical projects and/or managing accounts in an enterprise environment
- Experience leading technical implementations at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of common web technologies, e.g. JavaScript, CSS, HTML and integration technologies and protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP etc.)
- Proven ability to work directly with external customers, lead client discussions, problem solve in real time and influence stakeholder decisions
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and to break down and explain complex technical concepts to less technical audiences
- Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc)
- Experience synthesizing business, ops and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal product and engineering teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and comfort with lots of ambiguity where no two days are the same
- Experience working on or along-side commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes a plus

This is a remote role and we are hiring across the continental US, but Archive has offices in both New York and the SF Bay Area and offers hybrid remote-office work for those based in either of those locations.
