What’s this job all about?

PillPack is seeking a Social Media Specialist to help lead day-to-day efforts monitoring PillPack’s social media channels. This candidate will assist in managing our official accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google. This position will be responsible for engaging PillPack customers and prospective customers on social media and executing social media initiatives, such as content development. The ideal candidate is familiar with social media platforms, is comfortable managing customer service related issues in real-time, and is curious to understand how social media contributes to larger marketing and business objectives. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels for customer support.
• Grow engagement through organic content.
• Help provide paid media content suggestions based on trends and research.
• Manage sentiment and voice on social channels and work closely with Community Manager on crisis management and sentiment reporting.
• Draft posts and frame content in ways that will drive engagement and education.
• Create a content calendar that coordinates with company product releases and service updates.
• Research and identify content that is working and assist in creating content variations to test.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support larger projects.

• Experience with Sprout Social is a plus.
