Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the past two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest in 2019 and beyond. By 2020, Gartner predicts that over 50% of all online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter with robust experience in talent acquisition to join our expanding People Team.
Requirements
As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for a large variety of senior positions within the sales organization across the Americas and APAC regions.
Your role:
- Source diverse and innovative talent channels to attract the best profiles
- Manage a diverse set of roles while building up internal market intelligence
- Constantly bring new ideas to the table on how to expand our recruiting platform and better reach the market
- Support & contribute our employer brand development (career portal, events, campus, etc.)
- Be a business partner to your stakeholders and help to advise them on talent attraction and retention
- Closely oversee your candidates' hiring processes to ensure smooth, high-bar and high-quality interviews
- Report on your activity to identify process optimization opportunities
- Follow up on your new hires' integration and provide continuous feedback to improve sourcing and recruitment efforts
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves up to enable Mirakl's growth
- A strong sense of curiosity, willingness to learn new things and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone
