We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director, Product Management to support our Product team. You will be an individual contributor working cross functionality with other teams in the organization. 

The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for our prescription intake and routing products, leading them through the full product lifecycle. You’ll drive innovation, streamline operations, and ensure we deliver solutions that meet patient needs and advance business goals.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, computer science, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.  Applicable experience may also be considered.
  • You demonstrate a proven track record of success in senior-level product management roles, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
  • You exhibit expertise in product lifecycle management, from concept to end-of-life, in a technology or healthcare environment.
  • You possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges effectively.
  • You communicate exceptionally well and excel in stakeholder management, interfacing at all levels of the organization.
  • You have experience in pharmacy or health tech, with a strong grasp of industry workflows, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. 
  • You are proficient in Agile methodologies and have experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen and market insight, with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

The salary range for this position is $155,000-$190,000.
