We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager with deep knowledge and experience in growing the enterprise business. The successful candidate will have strong domain expertise in fields such as security, compliance, migration, scale and experience in creating and growing a business including working with cross functional teams across product, engineering, sales and marketing.
In this role, you will work with
  • customers to understand their use cases and requirements
  • sales and support to understand the business demand
  • leadership team to developer strategy and business cases, and report on them
  • product managers and engineers to create deliver feature roadmaps

In this role you will have:
  • 10+ years experience working in product roles, preferably in enterprise business
  • Practical product knowledge of common enterprise requirements including security, compliance, hybrid, migration, performance and scale etc
  • Great writing and presentation skills and experience in developing compelling strategy narratives for leadership team
  • The ability to deal with ambiguities and identify problems and opportunities for the business
  • Strong cloud technology platform foundational knowledge
  • The skills to connect business needs with platform and technology capabilities
  • Demonstrable experience across the product lifecycle - strategy, roadmap planning, delivery, and monitoring / growth.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $224,100 - $292,575
Zone B: $202,500 - $264,375
Zone C: $186,300 - $243,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
