The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Adobe.com GenAI & Personalization Platform in San Jose, CA. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the adoption and operations of innovative mobile app measurement and deep linking technologies. Your key focus will be on Branch technology, pioneering innovative initiatives that will enable Adobe to provide world-class experiences. Collaborate closely with customers and partners to effectively implement transformative outcomes!

What you'll Do
  • Manage the Branch relationship for Adobe, focusing on the implementation of new use cases, adoption of new features, and daily operations.
  • Assess the technology landscape regularly, lead vendor analysis, and coordinate renewals for the platform team.
  • Plan and implement projects that support the marketing function, specifically targeting mobile app measurement and deep linking needs.
  • Work directly with Branch to understand the product roadmap and evangelize the adoption of new features or capabilities.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, offering mentorship, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions for Branch.
  • Assist with training and support to ensure clients effectively apply products and features.
  • Advocate for Adobe needs with Branch teams and influence product development.
  • Keep an eye on performance measures, pinpoint areas for improvement, and engage proactively from a platform standpoint.
  • Address technical issues and customer concerns to ensure Adobe's happiness with Branch.
  • Document technical solutions, customer interactions, and provide feedback to internal teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
