Wayfair is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Analytics Manager based in Boston, MA.  Reporting to the Manager of Talent Analytics, this role will help Wayfair make more thoughtful, data-driven business decisions by designing and leading reporting and analytics that tell the story of Wayfair’s Talent Acquisition efforts. This person will act as a strategic, consultative business partner with Talent Acquisition and the broader organization on Talent Acquisition analytics.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement metrics to better drive better decision making, analyze ROI, and align resources
  • Create, monitor, and maintain weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment capacity, hiring rate, time to fill, candidate pipeline, and other metrics to identify recruitment needs, gaps, and overall recruitment effectiveness
  • Enhance reporting through the creation of dashboards and other data visualization techniques that enable management’s understanding of and access to key metrics
  • Analyze candidate data to uncover trends, identify issues, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct research to gain insight around recruiting best practices
  • Lead project work identifying and implementing new analytics and process improvement related to the recruitment lifecycle
  • Research, analyze, and present data from multiple internal databases and 3rd party software systems
  • Utilize project management methodology to ensure priority setting and focus on the business requirements
  • Lead the development of predictive analytics

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

  • BA/BS preferably with a quantitative focus
  • 5+ years of analytics experience, HR or Talent Acquisition analytics experience a plus
  • Experience leading teams (direct or indirect reports) and delivering analytics and reporting solutions
  • Strong capability and comfort using Excel
  • Love of data and telling the story using data
  • Experience with an ATS or HRIS system is a plus
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
