At Underdog, we make sports more fun.

Our thesis is simple: build the best products and we’ll build the biggest company in the space, because there’s so much more to be built for sports fans. We’re just over five years in, and we’re one of the fastest-growing sports companies ever, most recently valued at $1.3B. And it’s still the early days.

We’ve built and scaled multiple games and products across fantasy sports, sports betting, and prediction markets, all united in one seamless, simple, easy to use, intuitive and fun app.

Underdog isn’t for everyone. One of our core values is give a sh*t. The people who win here are the ones who care, push, and perform. If that’s you, come join us.

Winning as an Underdog is more fun.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to support how we bring products, features, and promotions to market. This role will focus on three priorities: coordinating integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring product feature launches and promotions are marketed effectively, and helping build a structured process for insights and marketing operations.

About the role:
  • Manage Integrated Campaign Execution: Own the day-to-day planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for product features, releases, and promotions (e.g., Witching Hour). Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and execution across Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
  • Translate Insights into Campaign Strategy: Leverage research, cultural trends, and customer insights to shape integrated briefs that guide channel strategies and creative development. Ensure campaigns are built to engage, educate, and re-engage audiences with Underdog’s brand and products across multiple touchpoints.
  • Maintain Strategic Alignment: Own the marketing calendar and integrated campaign roadmap in partnership with Product and Analytics, ensuring consistency of messaging, timing, and activation across channels and audiences.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Integration: Act as the connector between Product, Marketing, and Creative Ops to ensure smooth execution of launches and promotional strategies.
  • Measure, Share & Optimize: Track campaign performance, share learnings, and partner with stakeholders to refine creative testing and campaign efficiency.
  • Champion the Customer Voice: Establish feedback loops that bring audience sentiment and behavior into campaign planning. Ensure integrated strategies reflect how fans experience Underdog, driving both adoption and long-term engagement.
Who you are:
  • 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or marketing operations in fast-paced, competitive industries. Sports or gaming experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and creative testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
  • Comfort balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.

What we can offer you:
  • Unlimited PTO (we're extremely flexible with the exception of the first few weeks before & into the NFL season)
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend
  • A connected virtual first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforce
  • 5% 401k match, FSA, company paid health, dental, vision plan options for employees and dependents

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
