Role overview
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to support our US Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This person will be responsible for subscription revenue reporting, sales expense management, variance analysis, and performance analysis.
What you'll do
  • Partner closely with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions across resourcing, compensation design, and organizational strategy
  • Lead components of the annual planning process and own short and long-term forecasting, with a strong focus on weekly/monthly trend analysis and clear communication to FP&A and business stakeholders
  • Deliver and present concise monthly and quarterly reporting, including actionable variance insights and executive-ready commentary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Analytics to support month-end close, review general ledger activity, and ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue and expense reporting
  • Partner with the Commissions team to manage accruals and forecasted payouts, ensuring alignment with bookings and revenue performance

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally working in FP&A and supporting functional business leaders
  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors that reflect initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Zuora, Google Suite experience is a plus
  • Experience in technology and/or SAAS preferred
  • Experience in Subscription Revenue analysis preferred.

The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Position Pay Range
$85,000 - $107,000 USD
