The Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance is a key finance role supporting Kraft Heinz efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Logistics Supply Chain. This individual will be a key business partner to package owners, logistics leaders, and budget owners. We need this person to take an ownership role in the monthly close process as well as supporting the annual & long term (5 Years) budget planning.
He/she will work across the organization to create optimal processes and tools, initiates analytical projects to identify savings opportunities and will lead cross-functional efforts through managing Operations & Finance teams to deliver & report accurate savings commitments & R&O's.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

What's on the menu?
- Own the ongoing rituals & routines & look for opportunity to improve the financial process
- Owns current financial reporting models and has the ambition to implement new efficiencies where applicable, to drive an optimal balance of precision and timelines
- Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities for the Warehouse Incurred
- Will Lead & Support analytical projects to identify potential savings, partners with package owners and logistics leads to deliver savings commitments
- Partners with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review
- Lead monthly dialogue with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of KHC results
- Key Support contact to the US Warehouse Operations team for ad hoc & routine requests to support business needs

- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Supply Chain orientation is a plus
- Minimum 2+ years of related CPG experience is strongly preferred
- Excel mastery and financial systems acumen preferring Hyperion Planning and Business Objects
- VBA/automation and SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication & influencing skill sets, with a proven ability to work across organization verticals & horizontals to meet business needs
- An active learner and ambitious individual who will take pride and ownership of both short-term & long-term objectives
