Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration and optimization of turbogenerator systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Manage complex partner relationships, fostering collaboration and aligning objectives across diverse stakeholders.
- Balance customer value by optimizing weight, product cost, and durability of turbogenerator systems.
- Provide the balanced system solution, given input across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with turbogenerator development and integration.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in turbogenerator systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on turbogenerator or turboshaft engine systems or similar complex mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proven track record of leading and optimizing complex engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of turboshaft engine operating principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Existing Engine Systems CTH preferred.
- 12 years of industry experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and cost optimization techniques.
- Experience with agile development methodologies in an engineering context.

The base pay range for this position is 142,100.00 - 189,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/13/2025.
