Your Mission
As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will drive commercial excellence by analyzing sales and commercial data to deliver actionable insights and unlock revenue opportunities. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for learning the ins and outs of our sales business, building strong relationships with commercial and finance leadership and spearheading initiatives that enhance team performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines a deep passion for data analysis and storytelling, using insights to craft narratives that empower growth and drive success.
The value you add:

  • Lead analyses to optimize sales effectiveness, evaluate commercial traction, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Develop and refine KPIs and performance metrics while building and maintaining automated reporting solutions and dashboards to track key business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement solutions that drive alignment and productivity.
  • Build and manage scalable reporting solutions for internal stakeholders, ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and related tools.
  • Analyze actual results versus plan, identify key trends impacting the business, and provide insights to the Executive Team.
  • Prepare and present performance reviews with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Partner on ad-hoc cross-functional projects to address business challenges and support strategic initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience
  • Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint


The ideal candidate

  • A results-driven, strategic thinker able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a highly analytical role across Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, as well as curiosity and a passion for research.
  • A spreadsheet wizard with the ability to manipulate, model, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and capacity to direct, produce, and communicate analyses.
  • Effective communicator who can break down convoluted technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
  • Experience with a major business intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Comfortable navigating Salesforce with relative ease.
