Position Summary

The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing categories for the annual process. You will conduct the financial analysis of manufacturer contracts negotiated by the CVS Health Trade Relations team. We are assisting the team transition from complex financial modeling of formulary changes in Excel to Python to increase capacity, efficiency, and accuracy.

 

You are also responsible for  contributing to the development and implementation of projects intended to assist Finance teams with process improvement and automation. These projects involve navigating various software programs to build useful financial tools and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.

 

Key Role Functions:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data and reporting requests
  • Conduct data quality review and issue root cause analysis and resolution
  • Creatively and strategically design, test, implement, and maintain projects
  • Collaborate with all project stakeholders
  • Support management in the development and maintenance of ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical experience
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Experience
  • PBM Experience
  • Tableau/PowerBI Experience
  • Python experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
