Role Snapshot
We’re seeking a high-velocity Account Executive based in Dallas to accelerate new-logo revenue across private-equity–backed and large multi-site medical groups. - Compensation: $140 K base + 10–12 % ARR commission on new logos (uncapped)
- Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (onsite client meetings & team collaboration required)
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Generation & Qualification
• Prospect PE-owned and enterprise medical groups (5–500+ providers). • Leverage industry networks, PE sponsor relationships, and outbound campaigns to build a 3× pipeline.
Solution Selling
• Conduct discovery to uncover revenue leakage, workflow pain points, and growth targets. • Map Steer Health’s Digital Front Door, Luna AI Voice, Intake Automation, and FastTrackCare to client objectives.
Deal Management
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals (C-suite, RevCycle, IT, Marketing). • Build compelling business cases, ROI models, and executive readouts.
Negotiation & Close
• Structure flexible pricing and phase-in rollouts aligned to PE value-creation plans. • Drive contracts to signature within 90-day sales cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Relay market feedback to Product and Marketing. • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success for seamless hand-offs.
