  • Manage and follow-up on vulnerabilities and risk register items.
  • Contribute to ongoing security team projects, such as automation, process improvements, or tool evaluations.
  • Learn and apply best practices in secure coding, cloud security, and identity/access management.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an information security, IT, or compliance-related role
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
  • Interest in both GRC and technical security work, with a willingness to learn and grow in both areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining security requirements to non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
  • Open Source automation or automation projects
  • AI security knowledge
  • Experience in multiple programming languages
  • Exposure to vulnerability management tools, SIEMs, or security automation
  • Security certifications (e.g., Security+, GSEC, CCSK)
Compensation
  • The estimated pay range for this role is USD $125,000 - $160,000 depending on qualifications and location.
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
