Midaxo Partners leverage our platform in their client engagements, and as a Partner Account Manager you will play a critical role in a partner’s (and ultimately their client’s) success on billions of dollars in transaction value.

We are looking for our next VP of Global Sales to lead us into our next period of growth. We need someone who can think strategically but at the same time be hands on and jump into calls with our team. You will be helping to build out our global sales strategy and have your hands in everything from collaborating with other leaders on the company growth strategy to hiring and building out the team as we grow. Here are some more details about what we're looking for:

At Midaxo, the VP Global Sales:

  • Leads the direct, upsell, and partnership sales from the front and adds value in interactions with customers and prospects
  • Crushes the quarterly quotas by scaling and coaching the team and by continually improving the sales process (e.g., increase the ICV, drive upsell, remove friction)
  • Collaborates across the organization but especially with Marketing to ensure high-quality pipeline and with Product to make sure Midaxo’s offering exceeds customers’ expectations

In the past, you have:

  • Scaled (or helped to scale) an enterprise SaaS company from $5 million to $25 million and beyond through a data-driven, consultative challenger sales approach
  • Mastered the “land-and-expand” model, i.e., winning the initial deal by solving a distinct problem and then expanding to additional use cases and users

  • Leader: engaging, systematic, and confident to win business and to develop strong followership on the team
  • Player: humble, hands-on, and experienced to support larger/complex deals directly; the team should be excited to have him/her join sales calls and visits
  • Coach: collaborative, supportive, and fair - but also data-driven and demanding (e.g., sales and management skills, business acumen, forecasting)
  • Smart: understands the big picture (market, customers, company) but also knows and cares about the details
  • Hard working: get things done, never wastes a moment, and is present at the office and at on-sites
