Your Impact:

Brand Networks is growing and we’re looking for a highly-driven and collaborative sales leader to build and lead our sales team which is focused on securing new logos in CPG & Retail. You will collaborate with the Brand Networks and Augeo leadership teams to build a team that can accelerate Brand Networks’ growth working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to close new business.

You will have the unique opportunity to build a team (initially you plus 2-3 sales professionals) that can grow our business by representing our suite of products that are primed for accelerated growth on the heels of unprecedented success with the world’s largest retailer.

The Position:

The VP Sales, Brand Networks will report into the Augeo Growth team and will be responsible for:

  • Refining and managing the sales process and the team carrying it out
  • Hiring, mentoring, and guiding our sales team to success in driving growth
  • Representing our brand in the marketplace at industry events and key client and prospect meetings
  • Tracking and managing our pipeline of new business opportunities with big-box retailers, quick-service restaurants, CPG companies, and other global brands
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure we bring forward compelling proposals that position our customers and Brand Networks for success
  • Leading the sales team in a highly-collaborative sales process that engages BN and Augeo executives for high impact
  • Listening to the needs of the market and sharing them with the Product team.
  • Working hard every day to build pipeline and exceed sales targets as leader of our winning team

A successful candidate will have many of the following characteristics:

  • 5-10+ years of sales experience in Ad Tech or SaaS closing opportunities of $100,000+ in complex sales environments
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing other sales professionals with an ability to demonstrate a high comfort level bringing in cross-functional leadership to sales pursuits
  • Experience in social advertising and a firm grasp of the digital landscape
  • Experience in workforce engagement software
  • Proven history of building teams and closing deals in entrepreneurial sales situations (new products and/or early stage companies)
  • Demonstrable and impressive track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies, generating new business opportunities, and growing revenue/ARR through strategic B2B sales
  • Expertise and network in social advertising, marketing technology, or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record as a results-driven leader with a player-coach mentality, ability to take initiative, self-prioritize, and mentor team members
  • Ability to adapt quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and inspire a high-performing sales culture
  • Bachelor's degree
