Vice President, Sales Operations

As Vice President of Sales Operations in the North America Commercial team, you will partner with the P&L owners to drive transparency and visibility into operations while simultaneously seeking to continually improve processes and drive efficiencies across the North American team. VP of Sales Ops plays a critical role in the strategy and implementation of how our customer facing team gets trained, managed, and measured. We are in a rapid growth phase and seeking someone who can build from a startup set of processes and systems to one that can support multi-billion dollar revenue opportunities and targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a highly organized team that optimizes sales operations 
  • Work with and partner with all business leaders in the organization to establish key metrics across the commercial businesses
  • Continuously evaluate sales related processes for optimization
  • Manage the sales enablement team to provide all necessary expertise needed
  • Lead a multifaceted team with an emphasis on continual development

  • Strategic thinker able to problem solve fluidly and effectively
  • High integrity and alignment with Indigo’s mission

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading sales ops department at company with several different verticals or channels
  • Experience scaling a sales organization in a rapidly growing company
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales operations
  • Experience developing and supporting sales training and incentive programs
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with new product/service offering sales
  • Experience running sales forecasts, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong business acumen and have proven planning skills and executive presence
  • DFSS/DMAIC or other process development / optimization background
  • Previous experience in online marketplace

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
