The Technical Training Consultant - North America is responsible for managing the relationships with the professors and students at our top University Program schools. Not only will you be the main point of contact for the professors to help them in delivering a successful implementation of Mendix in the classroom, you will engage with students to ensure they have an excellent user experience building their apps in Mendix, showcasing their work, and connecting them with career opportunities at our customers and partners.
This job is for you if:
- You love being a Mendix product expert, keeping up on the latest product updates, and supporting students and professors in their use of the product.
- You have the “customer gene.” If you know, you know. Those of us who love customer service and client engagements have it in our blood. We love helping our professor and student “customers” find success, troubleshooting problems, anticipating our customers’ needs, goals, and obstacles and proactively providing them with the tools, information, and support they need, and we love building relationships with them.
- You are passionate about engaging with students and professors. You’ll showcase their work by running a student app contest and attending final presentations. You’ll drive success by organizing guest lectures and special workshops, and connecting students with potential employers.
- You are determined to drive success within your portfolio of clients by engaging with your accounts to keep churn low, maintain platform signup and certification volume year over year, and expanding the use of Mendix to more classes and professors within each account.
