Strategic Channel Account Executive
The Evolv Regional Channel/OEM Sales Manager is responsible for a geography and/or assigned list of OEM/Channel partners to provide and deliver sales training and enablement, customer presentations and demonstrations in order to qualify opportunities and develop pipeline leading to achieving assigned sales bookings goal. The Regional Sales Manager Channel/OEM is responsible for achieving partner recruitment objectives and maintains and expands relationships within assigned accounts. The Regional Channel/OEM Sales Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts Channel/OEM.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, customer success, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Performance: • Achieves assigned targets for customer sales meetings, demonstrations, pipeline metrics and sales quota in assigned geography or designated partner accounts. • Completes partner account plans that meet company standards. • Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Organizational Alignment: • Reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts Channel/OEM • Enlists the support of account executives, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate. • Works closely with customer success representatives and support resources to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to travel up to 50% (post-COVID).
- Strong customer presentation skills and comfortability speaking in front of large audiences.
- Experience with remote Video Conferencing.
- Collaborative and team leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
- Minimum five years of channel sales experience
- Military, Law Enforcement, Venue Management Experience a plus
