Are you a talented acquisition marketer with experience managing a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for someone to lead the Global Partner Acquisition Team at HubSpot. This is a new team manager position that was recently created to lead and support this quickly growing team.

Our mission.

Our team has two focuses: acquiring new partners by marketing the HubSpot Partner Program, and enabling our partners to be successful at selling and servicing HubSpot. This role will lead the half of our team that is focused on acquiring new partners, reporting into the Director of Global Partner Marketing. Description of who our “partners” are below.

Global Partner Marketing is a team of marketers located across HubSpot’s offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Dublin, Ireland, we also have close working relationships with our peers in Berlin, Sydney, and Tokyo.

Responsibilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team that generates interest in the HubSpot partner program. You and your team will build out strategies and channels that attract our target persona, and nurture that persona into a sales-ready lead.

Your team is located in Cambridge and Dublin, so the ability to create a collaborative team environment across time zones is important. Your team members align with sales teams in their region, and you will support them in building out strong relationships with those teams.

Characteristics of someone who will thrive in this role.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and welcome the opportunity to adapt quickly.

You love data, and rely on it for… well, everything! You use data to inform your point of view, but can think outside the box when the data isn’t complete. You’re comfortable collaborating with analytics teams to get meaningful metrics, but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and build out a model in Excel to set goals or estimate the impact of a new campaign.

You’re aware that your team will need to tailor their marketing strategy to different markets, because you either have previous experience marketing across multiple regions, or you have collaborated closely with teams serving different markets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience across multiple acquisition channels, for example: organic search, paid search, organic social media, paid social media, influencer, and/or affiliate
  • Led (or even built) a remarkable marketing team
  • A natural ability to step back and look at the bigger picture
  • A passion for project management and the ability to effectively align cross functional teams
  • Experience working with teams across time zones, and/or managing the complexity of multi-regional marketing campaigns

Please note that this position can be located in either Cambridge, Massachusetts or Dublin, Ireland, depending upon the candidate.
