About this roll* (Responsibilities)
As the Senior Manager of Payments Enablement, you’ll provide continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training for the Sales organization at Toast. You’ll be the dedicated enablement resource whose primary responsibility is to own the health and wellbeing (via dedicated enablement support, activity, testing and reporting) of Account Executives in their assigned territories with a specific focus on payment processing, where Toast sees a massive opportunity to improve our sales team’s ease with these products.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with FinTech, Payments, and Product teams to bring their product strategy to the sales team
- Run training sessions for Account Executives by partnering with stakeholders to analyze team needs & develop specialized content
- Develop classroom style training, online/on-demand tutorials and certifications, and videos
- Deploy and maintain assessment systems for:
- Content knowledge and comprehension via product training, and sales skill training
- Develop and execute on-plan to create a sales organization who can sell multiple product lines / platform deals
- Measure outcomes via competency-based learning models
- Utilizing core competencies, create relevant correlations between training and key performance indicators
- Partner with senior sales leadership to organize and present round tables, events & seminars in order to support goal attainment and other leadership initiatives
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Experience in sales, sales management, or sales enablement in the payments industry
- Proven track record of mentorship
- Comfortable presenting with the ability to command an audience
- Experience creating net new materials for sales representatives
- Salesforce (or other CRM) experience & reporting
Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)
- Litmos, Brainshark or other LMS/CMS system is a plus
- Knowledge of Google sites and Google Suite preferred
