Sr. Account Manager, Creative Operations
We’re looking for…
A Senior Account Manager that will play a key role internally leading strategic initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have outstanding project management skills, a solid understanding of marketing strategy, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships internally and with clients.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Manage a team of 1-2 Associate project managers focused on managing projects across different parts of the business including: Marketing, PR, Merchandising and HR
- Own client-facing projects, ensuring all deliverables and business details are attended to and are handled appropriately
- Work with business partners to understand and define requirements for projects with external stakeholders, and ensure thorough communication of requirements to cross-functional teams for project execution
- Identify and communicate to Creative leadership resource needs for all projects
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines, scope, and budget are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with leaders of cross-functional teams to ensure obstacles to project execution are understood and mitigated
- Delegate projects and supporting tasks to Associate Project Managers on your team
- Delegate project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate business partners and team members across the organization, while ensuring cohesive program details coming from various contributors
- Provide follow-up and feedback to partners and team members on their contributions to overall project or program goals
- Organize and lead project meetings to keep teams and contributors informed of project progress, required changes to execution strategies, and team logistics throughout the project lifecycle
- Represent RGG to external clients and stakeholders, through professional presentation of information and material
- Provide timely reports to external clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, issues, and/or results
- Manage multiple projects and external clients simultaneously, and ensure cross-functional partners have clear understanding of any potential conflicts or advantages of overlapping contracts
- Work with cross-functional leaders to use project and/or client learnings to improve processes for future work
- Understand Integrated Marketing and PR pipeline to prepare for incoming work
- Partner with internal IM and PR business partners to strategically plan and ideate for new business opportunities
- Work to ensure positive, can-do approach to incoming projects with internal and external stakeholders and business partners

- Be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated Brand Operations team
- Mentor and train Associate project managers in client-facing and internal best practices
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years’ experience in a account management or project management role
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel, Google Docs
- Strong collaboration, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership ability
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and analytical skills
