MineralTree’s headquarters is located in Waltham, MA, with offices in Alpharetta, GA, Redwood City, CA, and Bengaluru, India. Our new Senior Solution Consultant will have the option to work remotely, or from one of our offices.
The MineralTree Senior Solution Consultant is the Accounts Payable and Payments Automation subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to prospective and existing Customers. As a Solution Consultant you will work side by side with Direct & Channel Sales, Customer Success, and our Executives to build winning strategies to present the MineralTree solution to some of the best companies in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the full MineralTree TotalAP solution in a way that shows the value we bring to Customers and meets the needs of Prospects
- Work as a key team member for Prospect Discovery and Business Value Alignment Processes
- Work with Customer Success and Professional Services to show how solutions will be implemented and improve daily life
- Ensure a smooth Sales to Services knowledge transfer to ensure a great experience for implementation and to ensure ROI is realized
- Help with Training of Partners, Sales team members, and others on the Solution
- Help Marketing with Competitive Analysis efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Experience and knowledge within the Accounts Payable and Payments space
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills and ability to document process effectively
- Ability to work effectively with all levels, from AP to CFO
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and “put the Legos together to form a solution”
- High energy, humility and candor
- Willingness to travel as needed
