From helping achieve our commercial goals to providing the strategies and services customers need to be successful, Klaviyo relies heavily on it’s thriving ecosystem of agency, tech, and platform partners. As an SMS Partner Manager, you will be the partner team SMS subject matter expert whose mission is to drive SMS adoption across the 8,000+ partners in our agency network. You will work closely with our partner managers, partner success managers, and growth agency teams to identify areas of opportunity within our partner network, deliver dynamic demos and webinars, as well as coach our partners on how to integrate SMS into their Klaviyo services to help their businesses grow.
You will:
- Work alongside our partner manager and partner success teams working as a trusted advisor to our strategic agency partners, educating them on the value of Klaviyo’s consolidated solution for email and sms and how it can help their agency grow.
- Maximize SMS revenue from our partner ecosystem by constantly identifying untapped areas of growth.
- Continuously identify creative strategies to enable, engage & train different agency teams to adopt, sell, and service SMS for our shared customers.
- Work with our partner manager team to coordinate and execute demos, account mapping sessions, lunch & learns, and live training with our strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with our Growth agency and partner enablement teams to identify scaleable ways to train and enable our partners to sell and service Klaviyo sms.
- Collaborate with Learning Enablement stakeholders to identify SMS touchpoints for partner
- Work with our ecosystem marketing team to identify opportunities to market to, through, and with partners around Klaviyo SMS.
- Be the eyes and ears of our market, gathering and relaying valuable insight back to the broader Klaviyo org.
- Be responsible for activating new agencies to sell SMS and drive SMS leads from our base of partners.
Ideally you are:
- Bringing with you 4-6+ years of sales or agency sales/success experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Experienced working with digital marketing agencies and System Integrators in a consultative way.
- Are a confident, personable individual who loves relationship building and selling.
- Are a dynamic presenter and can engage a crowd with ease.
- Someone who loves collaborating with others.
- Someone who has experience working with SMS from a marketing perspective. Bonus if you have a grasp on SMS regulations and compliance.
- Curious about an ever-changing martech landscape and are excited to become a subject matter expert on this new communication channel.
- Someone who is willing to put in the work to learn and become a subject matter expert.
- Someone who is passionate about knowing the ins and outs of the product you sell.
- Creative and has a bias towards action, likes process, and can prioritize your time effectively to maximize efficiency.
