What we do in Business Operations: 

  • The B2B Sales Enablement team supports the global B2B sales teams with go-to-market readiness to sell new and existing products. We do this through a combination of sales communications, training, coaching, sharing & scaling best practice and sales systems support. 

  • The Senior Sales Trainer will support our training efforts across onboarding, product training, sales training and coaching.   

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Sales Management to assess needs related to training and development in order to execute on time sensitive requests and build long-term strategy

  • Create and drive the onboarding of our new Enterprise Sellers

  • Develop, deliver and evaluate appropriate training initiatives for Enterprise Sales across product, process, systems, selling and personal development domains 

  • Support our GTM initiatives around the launch and adoption of new products

  • Assist in the development and ongoing improvement to our sales methodology and work with key performance metrics to spot areas that need improvement and develop training accordingly

  • Conduct peer and 1:1 sales coaching 

  • Contribute to talent identification and development activities

  • Help drive critical transformation, productivity, and cross business unit initiatives to ensure effective execution.

What we are looking for? 

  • Hands-on sales and / or sales training experience within a large scale and rapidly growing organization (startup experience +)

  • Strong interpersonal/human relation skills and the ability to speak the language of direct sales. Experience within the Enterprise / Key Account Media sales arena is preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively 

  • Strong innovative, analytical and creative problem solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of training methodology, adult education, and change management.

  • Proven track record of exceptional project management skills and getting things done

  • Proactive, highly motivated and adaptable to change.

  • The ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, and strong endurance skills.

  • Roll up your sleeves mentality and willingness to solve problems and make improvements
