What we do in Business Operations:

The B2B Business Operations team supports the global B2B sales teams with go-to-market readiness to sell new and existing products. We do this through a combination of sales communications, training, sales systems support, sales forecasting, data and analytics. We partner with our product management, finance, human resources and engineering to ensure we are able to grow market share and increase revenue through efficient and effective processes.

We a seeking for a detailed oriented individual with a passion in data analytics and process improvements.  You will play an important role in cross-functional engagement with our Sales, Finance and People Operations teams.  Your goal is to foster these relationships with internal stakeholders, gather required insights, and effectively deliver accurate targets/payouts.  As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will demonstrate the ability to make good judgement in selecting methods for resolving a wide range of issues. 


What you’ll do:

  •        Research and resolve target/credit/commission related inquiries
  •        Perform detailed audit of commissions prior to release of payments to ensure data integrity and accuracy of plan calculations
  •        Provide insights to address management exceptions
  •        Apply continuous enhancement to target setting models
  •        Build models to calculate commission/bonus payouts
  •        Propose recommendations based on sales attainment and payout analysis
  •        Collaborate with sales leadership to identify tools that will help drive sales productivity
  •        Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis and modeling, as needed


What are we looking for?

  •        Bachelor Degree
  •        5+ years of sales compensation experience; 7+ years of work experience
  •        Experience with data analytics and reporting
  •        Someone who is highly organized with great attention to details
  •        Experience with data reporting tools, preferably Tableau
  •        The ability work independently and be able to manage multiple projects
  •        Someone who is proactive, creative and an agent to change
  •        The ability to demonstrate accountability for area of responsibility and assume ownership of tasks and processes
