Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Your role as Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be to ensure management’s ability to make sound, fact-based decisions as a strategic business adviser. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop reporting and analysis packages, to lead quota-setting and compensation components of the annual planning process, and to assist the global sales organization with day to day needs. You will also be supporting strategic and tactical initiatives within the sales department as well as cross-functionally to maximize revenue opportunities.

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, a typical day might include:
Developing dashboards and creating ad-hoc reports around sales and product forecasting, pipeline and key performance metrics to drive company goals
Managing several “sources of truth” processes
Creating models for quota setting and bookings forecast
Taking a lead role in building our compensation plans and in completing our yearly planning process
Identifying process inefficiencies in the lead-to-cash process and driving change through cross departmental initiatives
Maintaining data integrity within the CRM to improve sales effectiveness and ability to deliver actionable insights
Work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, & IT to improve overall reporting functionality.
Oversee and assist in the development of more junior staff.
This job might be for you if:
You have 5 to 8 years Sales Operations experience in High-Tech and/or the staffing industry.
You have Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
You have in-depth understanding of Sales and/Marketing Operations processes, business practices, and systems (sales cycles, CRM, account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management)
You have advanced proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint and Google equivalents.
You enjoy solving complex business problems
You have an ability to develop, manage and organize large datasets
You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally
You have a solid understanding of finance concepts
Bonus points for:
Experience managing compensation plans & setting quotas for a global sales team
An MBA or Masters degree in a related field.
Experience managing large scale project rollouts, particularly related to system improvements and implementations
Track record of learning and managing multiple SAAS based product groups, and developing processes to ensure their success.
Previous exposure to M&A activity.
Previous experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power Bi.
