We approach sales differently at LogicManager. We believe in a customer-centric, inbound approach and a collaborative, cross-functional and continuous process across marketing, sales, advisory services, and customer success. We leverage automation as a way to upgrade sales roles to nurture innovation. We have replaced traditional high pressure commission driven compensation with a more predictable system, based on customer retention as well as revenue goal achievement.

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the teams to ensure this inbound process operates smoothly and will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our sales and marketing tech stack. This position will focus on optimizing sales efficiency by refining processes by making systematic enhancements. This includes resolving operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks that are slowing down the sales team. Finding solutions to these issues can be challenging and often require creative problem solving and careful consideration before diving in. You’ll be responsible for digging into the data to tell the story behind the numbers and find out what’s really going on.
