Job Description
Flywire is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations. The Sales Ops team at Flywire is responsible for several mission critical tasks related to the full end-to-end sales process - ROI definition and calculation, pipeline & pipeline tracking, and helping to drive decision making based on key trends around the business. Our team uses a data driven and structured approach to drive company strategy across major business functions. As part of the team, you will have the chance to lead critical projects end-to-end. This will include managing pivotal initiatives to presenting findings to Flywire’s leadership team! BizOps is supporting critical decisions for the future of Flywire and this role is an excellent opportunity if you want to lead the direction of a growing start up!
Key Responsibilities
Work with the various stakeholders and general managers across the business to define targets, quotas, and commission plans
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Present pipeline reports & findings to the senior executive team
Work closely with our salesforce administrator to define key metrics and performance dashboards
You will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success and Support
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
You will report to the VP of Biz ops & sales ops and work very closely with our salesforce administrator
Qualifications
FlyMate Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of experience; consulting, finance, sales operations, or business operations / analytics at a growth-stage startup
Proficiency with salesforce, microsoft excel, and microsoft powerpoint
A bias for action, as well as a strong sense of practicality and efficiency
Strong data sense
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
